- Swen Uusjärv is the founder of Swistbankers.
- In 1996, he founded the real estate brokerage company Kinnisvarakeskus, which has brokered over 2,500 real estate objects in Estonia.

- Many years of experience in management, marketing and sales.
- Karmen is a manager with a diverse background and 8 years of experience in running her own business. She has also successfully managed several development and start-up projects in retail centres and the beauty sector.
- Her strengths include an excellent ability to build and maintain contacts, her consistency and positive attitude to find solutions and discover new opportunities.
